Can I order more than one Balloon Party in a Box at one time?

Yes, our website allows for multiple Balloon Party in a Box orders with specialty add-ons for each, as well as multiple shipping destinations. If you have a large order, contact us at sales@balloonpartyinabox.com and we will send you a sample excel file that you can list all your recipients shipping addresses, add-ons you would like to include, and messages for our Handwritten notes. We will process the order and confirm the shipping with a manifest. You will then be invoiced for the entire order. Payment is due prior to shipping. Please note, it may take an extra time to send out large orders. All order of 25 or more Balloon Party in a Box orders will get a 10% discount.

Do you have discounts or coupons?

We periodically send out discounts and special coupons to our registered guests. Please sign-up for our mailing list and register when placing your order.

All shipping is free?

Our Balloon Party in a Box ships the next business day after receiving the order via UPS Ground. A street address is required for free shipping. If you want to upgrade your shipping, you may expedited shipping options instead of (free) ground, if you need a shorter transit time. All expedited shipments must be ordered by 12pm, to get the UPS pick-up scheduled.

When does my order ship?

The orders that we receive on business days before 3:00PM EST can be shipped that same day. All orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day. However, if special arrangements need to be made, you can contact us at shipping@BalloonPartyinaBox.com

BalloonPartyinabox.com is shipped via UPS Ground from the Philadelphia area. If ordered before 3 pm, it will be shipped the same day. Most of the East Coast is deliverable within two days. Go to: https://bit.ly/UPSshiptime for exact shipping times to your destination.

What is FREE shipping?

The $36.95 charge for the Balloon-in-a-Box gift includes UPS Ground Delivery or USPS. Please note, if you are shipping to a residential area, UPS ground does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

Is the recipient of the package required to be home to sign for the package?

UPS/USPS does not require signatures for Balloon Party in a Box shipments. If you would like to require a signature, let us know in the comments section of your order! There is an additional fee from UPS/USPS to require a signature.

What days can my order be delivered on?

UPS Ground Delivery (to residential locations) delivers Monday through Friday. If you are wondering how long it will take to deliver your balloon, check-out this map. Remember, UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday in their time calculation

USPS delivers on Saturday, but honestly is not a trusted shipping method to get a package anywhere on a specific date USPS delivers Monday through Saturday via their Priority Mail service.

Will my balloon order be affected by temperature?

The Mylar (foil) balloons that we send in our Balloon Party in a Box are affected by extreme heat and cold conditions, as well as high altitude. Unfortunately, sometimes a balloon may burst and/or deflate in transit. Just like a physical balloon store we cannot predict what will happen to a balloon after it leaves our facility, but we take reasonable precautions to prevent breakage, such as under-inflating balloons in hot weather.

If I receive a damaged product, how do I file a claim?

 All claims must be submitted within 48hrs and be accompanied by a complete photo of your claim. Our shipping team and FedEx will then review your request and reply back within 48hrs as to our decision. Please send all correspondence to our email at shipping@BalloonPartyinaBox.com and let us know you have a claim right away!

Can I return my order?

We cannot accept any balloons as a refund. Please do no ship us balloons as a return. However, if your order was returned to us ‘undeliverable’ by UPS we will investigate the issue..

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, but only via USPS Express, due to the nature of our products, we prefer for an order to reach its destination quickly and avoid extreme heat and/or cold in transit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) Amazon Payments and PayPal. Unfortunately we cannot accept checks and/or money orders.

What are my shipping options?

Included in the standard $36.95 charge for a Balloon Party in a Box is the shipping charge for UPS Ground Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. If you need a faster shipping option, we also offer 3-Day, 2-Day, and 1-Day Air viaUPS, at an additional cost. All expedited air shipments must be ordered by 12 PM in order to get to the UPS pick-up on time!

How is my order packaged?

All Balloon Party in a Box es are sent in a brown, square, cardboard box. The box is unmarked, in order to maintain the surprise, except for letters which say “Do not open with a sharp object!”. Inside, the balloon is tied with ribbon to a plastic balloon clip. We will put the packing slip, which lists the purchaser and the intended recipient as well as the personal message (in an envelope) inside the clip. We never send a priced invoice in the box, as this is a gift!

Additionally, all Balloon Party in a Boxes come with an assortment of small gifts, depending on the selected Balloon. For example, a birthday balloon box can include a party hat, a party horn, streamers, confetti and a Lei! Gifts that come with the box may vary. The customer may also choose from our selection of special gift attachments which includes different candy, novelties and fun gifts!
